Mom To Be

This pregnancy-focused class is designed to safely support expecting moms through all trimesters, with an emphasis on strength, mobility, breath work, and proper alignment. Each workout helps you feel strong and confident while honoring your changing body. You will build and maintain the functional strength needed to support pregnancy, labor, and everyday movement.

postpartum Fitness

Body Reconnect

This postpartum class supports your body’s recovery after birth through safe, intentional movement that is both gentle and strengthening. With a focus on reconnecting to your core, restoring functional strength, and rebuilding confidence, each workout honors your postpartum body while helping you feel strong and capable again, through mindful, functional movement.

This class is designed for moms who are ready to build on their strength and put a little more focus back on themselves. With a mix of strength and cardio, these workouts are more challenging while still meeting you where you are. Whether you’re getting back into a routine or looking to push yourself further, you’ll feel supported every step of the way in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
