Small Group
Small Group is designed for moms who want the benefits of one-on-one coaching while working out alongside a friend. These sessions are tailored to both of your goals, bodies, and stages of motherhood. You’ll receive individualized guidance, safe modifications, and intentional programming—while staying motivated, accountable, and connected in a fun, supportive environment.
