  • Classes include a combination of strength training using resistance bands and bodyweight, along with light cardio for a well-rounded, full-body workout.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or Email us—we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • All you need to bring is yourself and some water! Resistance bands and mats are supplied at the workout. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.

  • All classes are held outdoors and are currently located at the Garfield Tot Lot in Prospect Park. Sign up for emails to be up to date on new locations!

  • Yes! All workouts are outdoors all year long, unless conditions are unsafe. Time outdoors supports vitamin D production, circadian rhythm for better sleep, immune strength, lowers cortisol and calms the nervous system. (just to name a few benefits) All things moms need!!

  • While babies and children are not specific to the workouts, they are absolutely welcome to join you during class!
