We empower moms to feel strong, confident, and supported both physically and mentally through intentional fitness training and wellness coaching. We believe women’s bodies are powerful and capable and we’re here to support you through the very transformative journey of motherhood
Classes
Our classes offer challenging yet safe total-body workouts designed for women in all stages of motherhood, combining strength and cardio in a way that feels empowering and effective. Held outdoors in a supportive, judgment-free environment, these small group classes allow for personal, guided attention so every mom feels seen, no matter her fitness level or stage of motherhood. As part of our community you’ll grow stronger, more motivated, and more connected each week alongside like-minded women and friends.
Focused Training
Our personal training offerings are intentionally designed around your body, your needs, and your lifestyle, with a customized program that supports you safely and effectively at any stage of motherhood. You’ll receive individualized guidance, thoughtful programming, and encouragement every step of the way as you work toward your goals. Each session is tailored to meet you where you are, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency while feeling supported in a way that fits into your busy life.
Health Coaching
Our Health Coaching offer begins with one simple question: what’s the outcome you want? Through private one-on-one sessions, we focus on meaningful goal setting and habit change—helping you turn healthy intentions into behaviors that actually last. With the right systems in place, ongoing accountability, and personalized support, you’ll feel empowered to make confident decisions, take bold action, and create sustainable change that fits your real life.

Your Coach
Leighann is the founder of MomBod. She is a holistic health and wellness coach and fitness trainer with a focus on moms in all stages of their motherhood. She is passionate about supporting women in their health while guiding them to positively reconnect with their body and mind in their journey through motherhood.
Her approach is supportive, approachable, and realistic. She believes fitness should feel empowering—not overwhelming—and that community is just as important as movement. Through her career she has supported countless mothers and is ready to support you too.
